This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), HHS Coordination Operations and Response Element (H-CORE) Office has a requirement to procure logistics services for warehousing, warehousing operations and distribution operations, for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) that has a cloud-based warehouse management system with a modern stack, uses current code, and is housed in a United States Government (USG) approved environment. The Vendor (i.e., the Contractor selected for contract award) shall be responsible for ensuring that all computerized systems that create, modify, maintain, archive, retrieve, or transmit data that directly or indirectly may affect the quality of the cGMP products are 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and are validated as per Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept.
