**AMENDMENT 0002 APRIL 14, 2023** The purpose of this Amendment was to make changes to the RFQ **AMENDMENT 0001 APRIL 12, 2023** The purpose of this Amendment was to answer Questions. Please see Attachment 4 for answers and review Amendment 0001 for further Information. The closing Date remains the same. RFQ Orginial The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services contract to provide staging facilities operation support to HQ USAREUR-AF G4 in Miseau, Germany. The contract will be a fixed-price contract. Proposed performance is an 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option periods and a start date on or around 11 May 2023. Place of Performance will be in Miseau, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov .
