All items supplied must be new and asbestos-free, with clear responsibilities assigned to vendors regarding risk of loss and delivery timelines. The district reserves the right to modify or extend the contract based on district needs and funding availability. The procurement process is aligned with other district and governmental bidding procedures, with detailed documentation and compliance requirements outlined to ensure transparency and accountability.
