Valcom Consulting group Inc.Description of the Requirement:The department of ISC is seeking one resource at the senior level to provide the professional services of an Health Transformation Advisor.The objective of the resulting Contract is to support ISC in its work with First Nations and Provinces towards the development of new health governance models or entities and finalize Agreements to transfer full control of federally administered health services to First Nations-led health model or entities.The services required of an Advisor will be as follows:Provide strategic advice and guidance on the development of federal negotiations;Participate in internal federal and Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) discussions;Participate in meetings with First Nations and provicial officials to draft Health Transformation agreements (e.g., Memoranda of Understanding, Agreements-in-Principle, Framework Agreements) and provide advice;Draft, comment on, and provide input into Health Transformation Agreements;Participate on trilateral working groups and other committees when required; and,Prepare or contribute to written and oral briefings or policy papers for ISC Senior Management when required.Level of Security Requirement: Resource Minimum Security Level Required is Secret. Associated Documents: Request for Proposal (RFP) #1000244816.Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of Contract shall be from January 23, 2023 to December 22, 2023.
