The contract requires the vendor to design, manage, and execute a flagship multi-day event in Kathmandu for 150 to 250 participants, featuring high-level keynote sessions, B2B matchmaking, investment pitches, and demonstrations of wellness services such as yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. The platform must engage U.S. private sector participants and investors from sectors including travel and hospitality, wellness consumer brands, health technologies, and fitness equipment.
