The Housing Authority of Washington County (HAWC), within the Department of Housing Services (DHS), is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Hearing Officer services. The Hearing Officer will be responsible for conducting fair and impartial hearings and reviews and rendering reasonable decisions based upon the evidence presented, applicable laws and federal requirements, and current DHS and HAWC policies and procedures. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis for HAWC and DHS programs, properties, and services, including certain services administered by contracted provider agencies.
