AI Contract Overview
Heartland Behavioral Healthcare is seeking proposals for the installation of a Mainstream IntelliCUBE direct drive fan array system in their administrative mechanical room. The project involves supplying and installing two high-efficiency fan units, each with a 20 HP motor, capable of delivering 19,000 CFM at a static pressure of 6.88 inches. The scope includes transporting the units through constrained building access, connecting them to existing electrical and control systems, and performing startup and commissioning to ensure optimal airflow and operation. The work aims to upgrade or replace the current fan system with a more efficient solution to meet current airflow demands. Qualified contractors must be licensed and insured in Ohio, with proven experience in similar fan installation projects, and capable of managing logistics within tight access areas. Proposals should detail the project approach, timeline, costs, and include proof of licensing and insurance. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2025, to assess installation conditions. Interested parties can contact Thomas "Mac" McMillan, the Maintenance Supervisor, for questions or to submit proposals. The project response deadline is August 5, 2025, and the contract value is estimated between $150,000 and $250,000.
