This is not a solicitation but a market research effort to identify qualified small business potential sources and determine if the requirement can be set aside for small business competition. The NAICS code 336413 applies, with a size standard of 1,250 employees, and respondents are required to report their socioeconomic status, including certifications such as Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Veteran Owned, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned. All interested parties must submit business information including Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID, Point of Contact, phone, email, web page, and ownership status—domestic or foreign. An official Source Approval Request (SAR) package must be completed and submitted electronically via DoD SAFE, with alternative submission methods available for those without PKI certificates. The Engineering Data List (EDL) and Manufacturing Qualification Requirements (MQR) are attached and must be reviewed; requests for engineering drawings must use the provided Excel spreadsheet and be sent to the designated public sales desk. All submissions must be received by June 5, 2026, and sent to the designated workflow email. Responses must be in writing; oral submissions are not accepted.
