The United States Coast Guard (USCG) National Strike Force Coordination Center (NSFCC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source - TSI Incorporated, 500 Cardigan Rd, Shoreview, MN, 55126 (Cage Code 24575 ) The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the FAR subpart 6.302-1. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii), the requirement listed below is available from only one responsible source. See attached Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A) for additional details. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is 6665. The small business set aside has been dissolved. This requirement is unrestricted. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Solicitation number HSCG26-16-Q-XE1037 is assigned for tracking purposes only. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received within three (3) calendar days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. This requirement is to procure the below item under GSA Contract GS-07F-0428U for equipment currently in the USCG National Strike Force's inventory. Heated Inlet with Auto Zero Module Part Number: 801850 Price: $1,417.13 Quantity: 24 Each TSI, Incorporated is the sole supplier of DustTrak DRX Particulate Aim Monitor parts. Award will be made upon determination of fair and reasonable pricing and is subject to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Purchase Order terms and conditions will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Mach 2016) and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (March 2016).
