Tri-County Electric Cooperative (“TCEC”) is a private nonprofit, member-owned electric cooperative that provides electric service to Madison, Jefferson, Taylor, and portions of Dixie Counties in the Big Bend area of Florida.
TCEC is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage one or more qualified and experienced contractors to provide heavy equipment and vehicles in the event of a major disaster or emergency (the “Services”). A complete scope of services and requirements is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated into this RFP.
