This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA or Agency) to prospective proponents to qualify for the provision of heavy equipment with operator services on an "as required" basis. The SPSA anticipates requiring heavy equipment services to aid with wildland fire suppression and other efforts as undertaken by the Agency within the province of Saskatchewan.
