NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The requirement below has been cancelled.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the item detailed below to be delivered to the Canadian Forces Supply Depot (CFSD) in Montreal within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award.

Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number and the NSCM/CAGE they are offering.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Samples
Canada reserves the right to request a sample from the Bidder in order to determine its authenticity or its equivalency in form, fit, function, quality and performance to the item specified in the bid solicitation.
Debriefings
