The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) intends to solicit and negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with only once source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 332994 (Small Arms Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The proposed source is Heckler and Koch (HK) 19980 Highland Vista Drive, Suite 190, Ashburn, VA 20147. The BOA will establish a 5 year agreement comprised of a base year and four (4) one year options for HK original equipment manufacturer (OEM) weapon parts. The solicitation will NOT be available electronically via the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.fbo.gov.
