Helium Packs

The U.S. Air Force, through the FA9101 Aedc Pkp Procrmnt Branch at Arnold Air Force Base, is soliciting industrial-grade helium under a small business set-aside contract with solicitation number FA910126QB061, issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR subpart 12.201. The requirement, for the 846th Test Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, calls for 73,332 cubic feet of helium at 95% purity or higher with humidity under 10%, delivered in two equal shipments of 36,666 cubic feet no later than October 7, 2026, and February 10, 2027. The helium must be packaged in modular trailer-mounted or palletized/skidded cylinder systems compatible with standard 10,000-pound forklift operations and suitable for unprotected outdoor storage.
