his is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Helium. A description of the products required can be found in the Line Item description of this solicitation. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13.5. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are included herein. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price - for an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the items listed in the specifications and quantities listed in the schedule under this RFQ 15DDHQ21Q00000039. All sources shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to contact@example.gov.
