NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a sole source requirement to purchase two (2) Helmet Display Unit (HDU) Simulated (P/N 10137674-102) with an option to purchase three (3) additional as support equipment. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) this proposed contract action for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: EFW, Inc., 4700 Marine Creek PKWY, CAGE Code: 0WEC9. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposal. This notice is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
