Hemphill County — CSJ 6507-02-001 — October 2026 Letting — Local-Let Maintenance

The Texas Department of Transportation has issued a materials maintenance solicitation, project number MMC A00223482 (CSJ 6507-02-001), for the purchase and delivery of Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) Type D for the Pampa Area Maintenance Sections in Hemphill County. The scope of work is limited to the supply of materials, specifically HMAC Type D PG 64-22 for pickup by TxDOT equipment and HMAC Type D PG 64-28 for contractor delivery. To minimize travel costs, the asphalt plant for pickup materials must be located within 45 miles of the Canadian Maintenance Office.
