HHO Enhancement Systems for Gasoline and Diesel Engines

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial products: All supplies and services necessary for 50 HHO Fuel Enhancement Systems. See SOW (attached). 0001- Hydrogen dry cell fuel enhancement systems (HHO System) for gasoline and diesel engines. 50 Each 0002 - Catalyst, 50 Each 0003 - Amp Meter, 2 Each 0004 - Scanguage II Fuel Mileage Display unit, or equal, 50 Each. 0005- Onsite training for installation and maintenance. 1 Each 0006 - Bi Annual Inspection of Installed Units for 3 years. 0007 - Water distiller unit FOB: Destination for delivery to 4860 S Superior Ave, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707-7325. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4877-11-Q-0120. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard 335999, Size Standard, 500 Employees, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
