Bid #007-26/27: Repair of existing concrete retaining walls exhibiting deterioration, spalling, and breakage associated with embedded fence posts. Work shall include all necessary preparation, patching, repair, and restoration of the existing concrete surfaces. The project also involves minor demolition of damaged concrete walls due to embedded fence posts being blown over by severe wind events, which created voids at the top of the existing concrete walls. The work aims to repair and restore the integrity and appearance of the walls. Other sections of walls have rusted fence posts embedded in the concrete walls that need to be removed, with new concrete reinstalled in the voids. Additionally, some sections of existing chain link fence are to be removed and replaced as noted on the plans. All work must conform to DSA-approved plans and the 2022 Edition Title 24, California Code of Regulations (CCR).
