This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as a supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is OS94887 and it is issued as an request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation is for an Internet Connection for a period of twelve (12) months with four, twelve month option periods. Please see attachment for technical requirements/specifications to be met of the Internet Connection required for the HHS TV Studio. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation is LPTA - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror that meets the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable.
