Full Description

This requirement was awarded to Southwest Solutions Group as their proposal was determined to be technically acceptable. A proposal recieved was lower than $142,092.69, however the railing system proposed was not determined to be technically acceptable by both the customer and the contracting officer. The proposal was analyzed against the Statement of Work (SOW). The lower proposal did not clearly identify that the railing system proposed would comply with the SOW as the railing system was going to be elevated. This important detail was clearly identified within the SOW and in the site visit held for all interested parties. Based on this determination, the Contracting Officer determined that the proposal was not found to be technically acceptable, therefore could not be considered for award.
