This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The resultant award will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-60. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice. The solicitation number is NRC-HQ-13-R-04-011. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690 with a small business size standard of $14.00M. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside.
