There is no applicable trade agreement that will apply to this solicitation. Requirement The Herzberg Astronomy and Astrophysics Centre has a requirement for the delivery of a brand new High Frame Rate Photon Counting Camera based on the Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) Technology to be delivered to Victoria, British-Columbia. Note to Bidders The bidders must submit fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra. Evaluation Process Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal. Inquiries To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) days prior to the bid closing date.
