NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTW6369-22-X036High Performance Software Defined Radio Equipment GSIN: N5820DRDC currently requires two (2) high performance software defined radio for lab-based development and experimentation of RF waveforms.Applicable Trade Agreements: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement.It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
