Full Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005. Specifications: ATC requires the purchase of a color 4k resolution High Speed Imaging Systems to support mission critical RDT&E testing conducted at multiple test ranges at Aberdeen. O10-4k A high-end color high speed camera with the following feature sets: Minimum 4k resolution at 1000 fps - Minimum 4k resolution in live stream exceeding 120 fps - Minimum Recording at 4k resolution at 1000 fps for at least 3 seconds - Manual MFT lens mount - Minimum pixel size of 4.67 x 4.67 micro meter - Integration time of .6 micro seconds or less - 36 bit depth color - Minimum 2000 ISO Color rating - Minimum Shock rating of 200g - Minimum Vibration rating of 40g - 32GB of volatile memory - Removable non-volatile backup memory - Battery backup lasting at least 15 minutes - Timing data (IRIG) synchronization, trigger, and Ethernet input ports - Small form factor not exceeding 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm - Weight less than 2.5 lbs - On-site within 1 day or less for technical support and firmware updates - Immediate phone support for technical questions and support of product (Additional Specifications and Information attached). The Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Del Imaging. The Associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333314 and the Business Size Standard is 500. All responses received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
