Highland Oaks Water Line

The City of Lubbock is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of the Highland Oaks Water Line under RFP 26-19922-TF. The project has an estimated construction budget of 5,783,000.00 dollars and requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor and materials. Work must commence within 30 days of the notice to proceed and reach substantial completion within 240 consecutive calendar days.
