Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for Bid No. 103-24C - Hines Farm Park & Stables – Restroom & Playground Improvements, for Onslow County, North Carolina will be received on or before 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Room 107 of the Onslow County Government Center, 234 NW Corridor Blvd., Jacksonville NC 28540.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM, in the meeting room at the Park Offices at Hines Farm Park & Stables, 1259 McAlister Road, Jacksonville NC 28540. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
The scope of work includes: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork, storm drainage, water service, sewer service, septic system, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, site utilities, landscaping and ancillary work illustrated in the contract documents.
