The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Hirsh, 1900 Carnegie Ave. Bldg. B, Santa Ana, CA. 97705 with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: Hirsh Intrusion Dection System, Automated Entry Control System, installation – QTY 1 Job. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 8/13/2026.



All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5189 and shall be submitted by email to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil.



Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
