HMCS Replacement Kit / Notice of Intent to Sole Source


The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Thales Defense & Security, Inc. under solicitation number W50S8T-26-Q-A026. This requirement is for the procurement of seven (7) Helmet Mounted Cueing System (HMCS) Display Replacement Kits (Part Number: V15924-03-01).


To ensure flight safety and operational capability for the OA-1K aircraft, these components must meet commercial manufacturing standards and integrate seamlessly with the proprietary Thales "C" Kit architecture. Delivery is required 30 days after the date of contract (ADC). The Statement of Work (SOW) can be seen at the bottom of the Combo.
