HMCS Replacement Kit / Notice of Intent to Sole Source
The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to Thales Defense & Security, Inc. under solicitation number W50S8T-26-Q-A026. This requirement is for the procurement of seven (7) Helmet Mounted Cueing System (HMCS) Display Replacement Kits (Part Number: V15924-03-01).
To ensure flight safety and operational capability for the OA-1K aircraft, these components must meet commercial manufacturing standards and integrate seamlessly with the proprietary Thales "C" Kit architecture.
