Proposals exceeding the required schedule by more than 45 days will be considered deficient and unawardable. The contract includes rigorous technical and security requirements, including a Technical Data Package with distribution code D and adherence to the TACOM Operations Security Plan and guidelines for Controlled Unclassified Information. Contractors must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129 for packaging and marking, and are required to perform First Article Approval-Contractor Testing. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Proposals must be submitted in English and US dollars via email to the designated contract specialist and contracting officer by November 19, 2026, at 3:30 PM EST.
