Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to demolish three (3) existing homes (one mobile and two site built) and reconstruct three (3) new, 3BR/2BTH 1200 square foot single story homes per attached plans (see attachments I, J, and K). The County reserves the right to award Contingency Items from the Work Write Ups to the successful bidder if it is in the best interest of the County.Prime contractor must be a Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Building Contractor or Licensed Residential Contractor.
