As Administrators of the Home Rehabilitation Program for Stanislaus County, Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) will receive bids from General Building Contractors on the behalf of the Homeowners for the following housing rehabilitation project. Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) is seeking bids for roofing removal and replacement, dry rot repairs, and gutter/downspout replacements, repairs to exterior of chimney and fence replacement. The repairs to be made at the property located at 901 Souza Ave., Modesto located within Stanislaus County.
