The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting quotations from contractors to provide: 1. Software Upgrade of Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) Release 410.1 Building Manager (500 Point license). To include XL5000 Direct, LONworks, modbus and protocol license. Media CD's and hardcopy documentation also included. Installation and configuration of EBI software on BEP provided server and operation workstations. 2. 6 station licenses 3. 4 browser licenses 4. new graphics built to match existing graphics 5. database conversion, test and checkout This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written request will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-10-0439. CLAUSES: The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2 (Fill Best High Technically Acceptable/Low Price, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.219-6, FAR 52.222-21 & FAR 52.222-26. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Loading Dock, D Street between 13th and 14th Street S.W. Quotations may be submitted on a 1449 or company letterhead.
