Full Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt AFB, NE 68113 intends to solicit and award a base plus four option year sole source purchase order to Honeywell Inc. for proprietary Environmental Management Control System (EMCS) maintenance and upgrades under the statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy Government agency requirement) for the following services: Maintenance of the base-wide EMCS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to service and maintain the proprietary Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) at Offutt AFB, Nebraska including the Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator system which is an integral part of the EMCS system. Classification Data: NAICS: 811219 Size Standard: $6.5 million Period of Performance will be for 12 months from date of award with four option years consisting of 12 months each. This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. Any interested party, other than Honeywell, Inc., that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capability to satisfy the requirement no later than 3:00pm Local, 15 days after the posted date of this announcement. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ database.
