The purpose of this project is to clean up to three grease traps and three hoods and ducts on an as needed basis due to differing amounts of use. BACKGROUND: The current contract for hood and duct cleaning services is set to expire on 28 February 2023. There is no current contract for grease trap cleanings due to the closure of one facility permanently and the temporary partial closure of a facility that housed most of the hoods and ducts. The previous contract expired on 31 Jan 2022 and the cleanings have been accomplished using the Government-Wide purchase card.
