Hope Elementary School Water System Improvements Project

The Hope Elementary School Water System Improvements Project, managed by the City of Porterville under solicitation SCH No. 2025090438, is designed to provide the school with a reliable water source after the existing well was found to exceed regulatory nitrate contaminant levels. The scope of work involves constructing new water mains along South Indiana Street and West Teapot Dome Avenue to connect the school to the city water system.
