Horn, Waveguide

This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Horn, Waveguides, NSN: 5985-01-538-3409EW, Part Number: 3396-8007-0005, applicable to AN/ALQ-172. Contract will be for a fixed quantity of 7 each for the basic, 3 each for Option I and 4 each for Option II with a delivery of 60 days ARO. The proposed contract action if the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, M/A-COM INC; DBA COBHAM Electronic Wireless System, Cage Code: 96341, in accordance with FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contract the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and /or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
