Marshall Drive Grand Prairie, TX 75051-2704 because the government does not have adequate data, lacks data rights, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE). This acquisition is restricted to the item description set forth in this synopsis which specifies a Government or manufacturer's part number. There will be no Technical Data Package (TDP) included with the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to obtain all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the item being solicited. Since complete data for the item is not available from the Government, it is understood and agreed that references to specifications and drawings herein shall be deemed to include all Government approved changes or revisions thereto which have been made effective as of the date of this solicitation of any of the items provided for in this contract; provided, that no such change or revision which affects the interchangeability of the item (ability to be interchanged with previous parts or to connect with all mating parts when assembled) shall be effected without the approval of the Procuring Contracting Officer."
