The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the supply of a Hose Assembly, Air Motor Truck Bolster Small under solicitation number 2099153, with a response deadline of May 12, 2026. All offers must comply with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which include strict requirements for delivery, inspection, payment, and contract administration. Bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms, with all freight costs included in the quoted price, as FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms are not accepted. Time and rate of delivery are of the essence, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules may result in rejection or default termination. The contract places full responsibility on the seller for inspection, testing, and ensuring conformance to all technical specifications, drawings, and manufacturer part numbers, with acceptance occurring at the destination. The seller must provide a commercial warranty affirming the goods are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended use. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to [email hidden], with one copy clearly marked 'Original,' and must include the purchase order number, item number, description, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment is governed by Net 30 terms, calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The seller is required to certify compliance with the U.S. anti-boycott laws by affirming it does not participate in any boycott of Israel, triggering potential reporting obligations under 15 CFR Part 760. Additionally, the seller must certify it is not listed on the Texas Comptroller’s exclusion list for entities doing business with Foreign Terrorist Organizations. No sales or use taxes are reimbursable under this contract, and the seller must bear all applicable state and local tax liabilities. No detailed evaluation factors, weightings, or award methodology are disclosed, but the emphasis on compliance suggests a low-price, technically acceptable approach may apply. The place of performance is the State of Texas, with no specific delivery location provided; packaging, marking, preservation, and military standards are not addressed in the documentation. Bonfire registration is mandatory to access the full bid table and submission details, and no contract type, estimated value, or accounting data is available for public disclosure.
