The solicitation, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency under the Department of Defense, is associated with NAICS code 326220 and is designated for performance in Tobyhanna, PA. The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements as detailed in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with compliance to physical identification, packaging, and acceptance standards specifically defined for this procurement. Quality assurance procedures include sampling in accordance with MIL-STD-1916, ASQ H1331, or comparable zero-based sampling plans, with verification levels and Acceptable Quality Levels assigned based on attribute criticality. Export control protocols under ITAR and EAR are emphasized, restricting the dissemination of technical data to authorized contractors certified through the US/Canada Joint Certification Program and compliant with DLA training and approval processes. Additionally, government identification removal from non-accepted supplies, packaging requirements, and strict export controls on technical data are key considerations governing the handling and distribution of the items under this contract.
