THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached for offerors to return. This notice constitutes as Solicitation AG-04T0-S-15-0040 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and any incorporated provisions include those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. Quotes are being solicited from Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 324121 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Description: Supply Hot Mix asphalt to be picked up by Umpqua National Forest Roads. Must be able to deliver Oregon DOT Level 3 half inch (1/2") dense hot mix asphalt. Supplier must not be more than 2 hours one way commute time for a loaded agency dump truck to deliver the Hot Mix to our road system jobsites.
