NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT File Number: W2037-23-0198/A Tier: 1 (< $2M) This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of hotel accommodations in support of the Complex Terrain Leader Course. The intent of this solicitation is to establish up to one (1) contract for the planned period of: • 10 July 2023 – 07 August 2023 This solicitation is open to all Hotel Accommodations and Support Services located within: • within ten (10) km by road of Highway 1 between Canmore, Alberta and Lake Louise, Alberta; or • within ten (10) km by road of Dave Thompson Highway west of Nordegg town center and east of the Ice Field parkway (Highway 93) at the Saskatchewan Crossing. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants. Security Requirement: There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
