Bid #RFP #2026-43: The project consists of replacing the existing two-lane Houston Avenue bridge (Br. No. 45C-0067) over Cross Creek. The new structure will be an 85-foot long, single-span, cast-in-place, post-tensioned voided concrete slab bridge supported on steel piles with diaphragm abutments. The work includes reconstructing approximately 1,100 feet of roadway approaches to a new vertical alignment, installing Rock Slope Protection (RSP) for scour countermeasures, and site grading. The project requires a temporary creek diversion system to allow for construction in a dry location.
