HSR26-07 ¿ Industrial Door / Residential Door / Rollup Door Maintenance and Repair Services.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority is seeking bids for maintenance and repair services for industrial, residential, and roll-up doors across its properties in California’s Central Valley, specifically in Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern, and Kings counties. The contract, issued as an Invitation for Bids under solicitation number HSR26-07, requires bidders to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals to perform scheduled and emergency repairs, installations, and replacements of door hardware including locks, handles, panic bars, and roll-up door systems. Work must comply with manufacturer specifications, commercial-grade standards, and state regulations, including State Fire Marshal Code and ADA requirements. New doors must be a minimum of 24-gauge steel, with color approval required from the Authority’s Contract Manager prior to installation.
