The City of White Rock (the “City”) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for HUB26-002 – Survey and Existing Conditions Services. The City is seeking a qualified consultant capable of providing practical and professional services in support of ongoing project development activities. The assignment generally includes legal boundary confirmation, topographic and existing conditions survey, survey control, utility coordination, laneway and access corridor survey, tree survey, existing building interface survey, and preparation of digital survey deliverables in support of schematic design and ongoing consultant coordination for the HUBWRX project. The successful proponent will be expected to work collaboratively with the City, the Development Representative, the Prime Consultant team (where applicable), and other supporting technical consultants associated with the project
