HubZone Co SB Sources Sought The DLA Land and Maritime Small Business Office is doing a HubZone Small Businesses Manufacturers Sources Sought, to look for "new" HubZone Manufacturer Sources and to inform same of the types of items procured DLA Land and Maritime, Columbus and other Supply Centers. This initiative is to increase the number of active participants in HubZone Set-a-Sides and Sole Source opportunities. The attached DLA Commodities Listing gives the general heading for each Federal Stock Class (FSC) that DLA procures. Each company needs to determine which FSC(s) their expertise (Niche) falls within. Once the company has determined which FSC(s) they fall within they should go to the DLA/EBS Internet Bid Broad System (DIBBS) web site at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ to search open solicitations. See attached: HubZone SS - RFQ Search - Vendor Notification Setup 3Dec12.pdf for DIBBS RFQ Search hints. Provide Company Name and Cage to: DSCC.bcc@dla.mil Call with questions to: 800-262-3272 If already have NSNs identified, complete the Socio-Economic Program Set-Aside Request (SEPSAR) located in the middle of page located at: http://www.dscc.dla.mil/offices/smbusiness/. List those NSNs your company would be interested in being evaluated. Also, complete the Manufacturing Capability Survey located in the middle of page located at: http://www.dscc.dla.mil/offices/smbusiness/. Be sure to identify all of the NSNs your company is able to provide on the survey form. A sample of a completed survey is also linked on this page. Since our 8a review is a manual process, be patient during this time. Note: In the meantime, go to DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) to search open solicitations, and if any, quote. Don't forget to set up your DIBBS Registration profile to receive solicitation alerts.
