The DLA Land and Maritime Small Business Office is conducting a sources sought to identify new HubZone small business manufacturers interested in supplying a variety of items procured by DLA Land and Maritime, Columbus, and other supply centers. This effort aims to expand the pool of active participants eligible for HubZone set-asides and sole source opportunities. Interested companies are encouraged to review the DLA Commodities Listing to match their manufacturing capabilities with applicable Federal Stock Classes (FSCs) and then search for open solicitations on the DLA/EBS Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Businesses should register on DIBBS to receive solicitation alerts and submit quotes for relevant opportunities. Companies that already have National Stock Numbers (NSNs) related to their production capabilities are asked to complete the Socio-Economic Program Set-Aside Request (SEPSAR) and the Manufacturing Capability Survey available on the Land and Maritime Small Business Office website, clearly listing all NSNs they can provide. The process includes a manual review, so applicants are advised to be patient. For inquiries or assistance, businesses can contact Kevin M. Scoles or use the provided communication channels. This sources sought is part of the ongoing initiative to enhance small business participation in DLA procurements, particularly within the HubZone program.
