This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding market capacity and potential set-asides and to receive industry feedback on current processes and market costs. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals related to these services. This notice does not commit the Government to procure any supply or service mentioned herein.

Background

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development anticipates a need for management, maintenance, and support services for the HUD Eisenhower fitness center. A draft scope is attached to this notice that describes HUD’s anticipated requirements.

HUD is seeking information regarding potential vendors to provide the required services at all locations, along with set-aside types (small business, HUBZone, etc.).
