This Request for Quote (RFQ) solicits for the HURREVAC and Real Time Evacuation Planning Model (RtePM) - Operations and Maintenance (O and M) contract, in support of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, Planning Division. This award will be advertised as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Request for Information (RFIs) concerning this solicitation must be submitted by email no later than Tuesday, 12 May 2026, 1:00 PM EST via email to Sharon Alexander, Contract Specialist, at Sharon.L.Alexander@usace.army.mil and Angela Padua, Contracting Officer, at Angela.S.Padua@usace.army.mil.
