The 171st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S91-23-Q-0015, to award without discussions, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) direct digital control (DDC) system, also known as a building automation system (BAS) for the 171 ARW, Coraopolis, PA. Quoters shall complete and submit a quotation with the following information: Cover Letter, list of proposed equipment meeting the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics, and price to include delivery and installation. Submitted quotations shall be valid for 90 days after the closing date of the RFQ. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and award made, without discussions unless discussions are deemed to be necessary.
